These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between Konseptid Ltd, EIK 203491649, with registered office and management address: Bulgaria, Dobrich 9300, Druzhba 2, No. 12D, hereinafter referred to as SUPPLIER for short, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as USERS, of the company's e-commerce website koncept-id.com, hereinafter referred to as "KonseptID Studio".


The site can be viewed without registration. Registration is required only for the use of certain functionalities of the site and is absolutely voluntary and free of charge.
In the event that you do not wish to register an account, you have the option of shopping as a guest, and the data provided in this case is processed only for the purposes of executing the specific order and is not stored for your subsequent orders.

Only goods that the system allows to be added to the shopping basket can be purchased from the online store. All information about the goods presented on the site, including but not limited to technical characteristics, warranty conditions, method of use, etc., is provided by the manufacturer. The distance sales contract between Konseptid Ltd and the buyer is considered concluded after the confirmation of the given order by konsept-id.com. Confirmation of a distance contract concluded with Konseptid ltd, including all information under Art. 47, paragraph. 1 of the PPE, is made to the e-mail address provided by the buyer.

All prices presented on the website/online store are in Euros and are valid only at the time of their publication. KonseptID Studio reserves the right to change them at any time without notice. Prices for online orders confirmed by KonseptID Studio are final and not subject to change. The prices presented on the website/online store are final and include all taxes and fees, excluding the cost of processing and delivery - indicated separately at the end of the processing of the request, in case such is due. Decoration is not included in the price.


All goods presented on the site and/or sold in the online store have a guarantee of conformity and/or passed quality control. For all custom products, test prototypes of the corresponding product are produced. Proceeding to the production of the specific product the customer chooses the corresponding prototype that meets his needs and a final offer is prepared. Konseptid Ltd undertakes to issue a document/label for passed quality control according to the specific requirements of the product chosen by the customer.
The warranty period of the commercial warranty of the products is 30 days. In the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be rectified and only if the problem is not the result of improper operation, the products are replaced with new ones within 30 days and sent by courier at the expense of the supplier.

The term of delivery of a product is determined for each product separately when concluding a contract with the user, and after a request inquiry to the speditor and notified with the proform through the KonseptID Studio platform with an e-mail to the user. For products available on the web store, the term of delivery is determined only by the speditor, for indicative dates can be added from KonseptID Studio (according to the information provided by the speditor), without the bearing of a guarantee, for user information and comfort. For each specific product, the User must be notified immediately before the finalization of the order on/konsept-id.com approximately how many days it will take to deliver it. As indicated on the KonseptID Studio platform days required for delivery are indicative and the Supplier does not guarantee them, but guarantees, that he will do His best to deliver the goods within the specified days.

The Supplier may refuse to process the order when there are reasonable doubts that the order is inauthentic, including that it does not come from the User described in the same, or when the product requested with the order is temporarily unavailable due to depletion of quantities or other technical reasons, in which case the Provider notifies the User by e-mail or telephone and refunds the amounts paid by him. The supplier can also refuse to process an order when the number or volume of the ordered items exceeds their usual consumption by a customer-consumer within the meaning of the PPE and there is reason to believe that the order is made for the purpose of resale and does not fall within the scope of consumer purchase.

In the event that the goods are not delivered to the User within the specified delivery time, no compensation is due to the User. Reasons that would delay the delivery beyond the days specified in the KonseptID Studio platform are:

Workload and number of orders for the period above the average and above the usual for the Supplier;
The fault of the courier company such as untimely organization of the courier, excessive workload of the courier, unforeseeable technical and informational problems with the courier, or weather conditions impeding the courier;
Unforeseen technical problems in the Provider's systems;
Malfunctions in the suppliers of the courier company from which the latter supplies the product;
Bad weather conditions etc. force majeure circumstances that would prevent the normal organizational activity of the Speditor.

The Provider has the right at its discretion, without giving notice and without further compensation, to terminate a unilateral agreement, in case it finds that the User uses the platform in violation of these general conditions, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, generally accepted moral norms or generally accepted rules and practice in e-commerce.

Refusal of an order On the basis of Art. 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer, who has the quality of a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, has the right to withdraw from the distance contract without stating the reason and without paying any costs, without owing compensation or penalty and without paying any costs, excluding the costs, in art. 54, para. 3 and Art. 55 of the Civil Code, within 14 days, starting from the date of acceptance of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the courier. The right of refusal can only be exercised in the case that the following conditions are necessarily met: The purchased goods must be accompanied with a declaration compiling the reason for the unusability of the product (a blank template is provided with the product, or on the user’s e-mail if needed). the purchased goods must be in their original packaging, without being used or impairing the commercial appearance, and accompanied by all the documents received together with the product, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. Transport costs when returning the goods from the user to Konseptid Ltd are at the expense of the user. Konseptid Ltd refunds the user the amount paid for the returned goods back (via courier) - up to 14 working days from the date on which Konseptid Ltd receives the product shipment.

Return conditions:
The products offered by Кonceptid Ltd can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, regardless of whether you are an individual or a legal entity. For the form to be valid, it must be completed within 14 days of the product's delivery date. All returned products must be in the same condition as when delivered. Products that have been used by an unauthorized person or that are damaged, those with damaged or incomplete packaging, with signs of wear or incorrect installation, with scratches, and with traces of impacts will not be accepted. Products that are not accompanied by all the accessories with which they were delivered will also not be accepted. The products must be returned in original packaging with all the documents with which they were delivered.
