This material is optimal for applications with long-term load. It has higher wear resistance, heat distortion temperature, hardness and chemical resistance.

  • Polyethy: Polyethylene is classified as a homopolymer due to the fact that it is made from repeated units of one single type of molecule, ethylene

  • Chlorinated: chlorine content from 34 to 44%

  • Glycol: alcohol with two hydroxyl groups on adjacent carbon atoms

Optimizing with additives: For any given material, additives like glass fibers/carbon fibers are used in different percentage to ensure better mechanical, chemical, thermal and electrical properties.
Send an inquiry with information about the product you need so our team can pick the best option for additive and give you technical data.

Note: The difference between the statistics in the properties are influenced by the part dimentions and overall structure! Different color additives with specific chemical compositions that affect the properties of the part, the quality of the print, or the dimentional accuracy!

Polyethylene terephthalate glycol, commonly known as PETG or PET-G, is a thermoplastic polyester that provides significant chemical resistance, durability, and excellent formability for manufacturing.

  • Polyethylene: Polyethylene is classified as a homopolymer due to the fact that it is made from repeated units of one single type of molecule, ethylene

  • Therephtalate: ester of terephthalic acid.

  • Glycol: alcohol with two hydroxyl groups on adjacent carbon atoms

Discription:

PET-CF is a blend of tough PET and carbon fiber. Carbon fiber improves hardness and mechanical strength, while still help maintain the low warping and shrinkage of ordinary PET. PET-CF has excellent high temperature resistance. It has excellent strength, heat resistance, dimensional stability and low moisture absorption.

  • Polyethylene: Polyethylene is classified as a homopolymer due to the fact that it is made from repeated units of one single type of molecule, ethylene

  • Therephtalate: ester of terephthalic acid.

  • Carbon fibers 15%: Increased temperature resistance and stiffness

Optimizing with additives: For any given material, additives like glass fibers/carbon fibers are used in different percentage to ensure better mechanical, chemical, thermal and electrical properties.
